1. Return Eligibility

At ZenV Gifts, we accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective

The wrong item was delivered

The product is missing items or parts

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

The product should be returned with all original tags, accessories, and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or opened products

Personalized or customized gift items

Products returned without original packaging

Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

Provide your Order ID and issue details

Attach clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product

Our support team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

A replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost, subject to product availability.

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, ZenV Gifts will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other reason, shipping charges may apply.
